The historic building at 517 Castro Street began life as a sausage factory. In 1968, it became the Italian restaurant generations of San Franciscans know today.
Over the decades, these rooms have held first dates, family dinners, birthday candles, community gatherings, and more plates of pasta and pizza than anyone could count.
The woodwork, old mirrors, warm lighting, and easygoing spirit are part of the place. We are proud to keep that history alive while welcoming the next celebration through the door.
